We normally replace the number of envelopes received but if you require more please call 0207 723 9383.
If your prepaid envelope was under £250 (our minimum) or just contained silver; we will not replace the envelope and would have reclaimed the cost of the last postage, from your payment.
As requested on the paperwork sent with your parcel.
The prices we list daily in the morning will be the prices we pay according to the delivery of the parcel. E.g. so when we receive the parcel, we will pay the fix we have on the screen.
We try our best to turn around your parcels on the same day we receive them.
Please keep your tracking number from the post office and check to see whether we have received your parcel. Once checking, if we have received your parcel, please contact us either through the online live chat or the one of the branches for more information.
